Short description:
At 8:30 am, after your own breakfast, you should be at the Luangnamtha Tour Service Office for preparing your things.

At 9:00 am, a Tuk Tuk will leave from the Luangnamtha-Tour-Service office to the Khmu Rok village called, “Nam Lueang Village”. The Tuk Tuk tour will take about twenty minutes. Once you arrive at the village, another guide from the village will join your tour. The tuk tuk will continue for another five minutes to the place where you will start walking.

The trek leads up the mountain and deep into the Namha Protected Area. You will be able to see some old and big forest, many kind of bamboo, wild rattan, cardamoms and other NTFP’s (Non Timber Forest Products). Your guide will share his experience about traditional medicine with you. After about 2.5 hours, you will stop for having a traditional lunch along the walking path in the forest.

After lunch, you will continue for another 2.5 hours. During the way you will have an excellent view of the landscape of the NamHa Protected Area. After arriving in the Hmong village, called “Pakla Village”, you finish the trek, your Tuk Tuk will be waiting there to bring you back to Luang Namtha town.
